We operate globally. While our headquarters are in [Insert HQ Location], we have a remote-first network that allows us to recruit and place talent in major hubs across the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia.

For Job Seekers (Candidates)

Absolutely not. Recruit Ripple is 100% free for candidates. Our fees are paid by the employers who hire us to find talent. You will never be asked for money to apply for a role or to be interviewed.

Yes. Creating a profile allows you to upload your CV, track your applications, and set up job alerts so you never miss a new opportunity. It also adds you to our private talent pool, so our recruiters can find you even if you haven’t applied for a specific job.

We aim to review every application within 5 working days. If your profile matches the requirements, a consultant will contact you to arrange an initial screening. Due to the high volume of applications, if you do not hear from us within 14 days, please assume that your application was not successful this time.

Your privacy is paramount. Your CV and personal details are stored securely in our database. We never send your CV to a client without speaking to you first and getting your permission.

Yes, you can log in to your dashboard at any time to update your profile, upload a new resume, or change your contact details.

For Employers (Clients)

No. Unlike “self-service” job boards where anyone can post anything, Recruit Ripple is a quality-controlled platform. All listings are managed by our internal team. This ensures that every job on our site is legitimate, accurately described, and reaches the right audience. To hire, simply [Submit a Vacancy Request], and we will handle the posting process for you.

Because we offer various services (Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, RPO, Offshoring), our fee structures vary.

  • Permanent Hires: Typically a percentage of the candidate’s first-year annual salary, payable only upon successful placement.

  • Contractors: A transparent daily or hourly margin. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific requirements.

Yes. For permanent placements, we offer a standard 90-day replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within the first three months, we will find a replacement free of charge (subject to our Terms of Business).

Yes. Our Offshoring Solution allows you to hire skilled remote teams in lower-cost regions. We can act as the Employer of Record (EOR), handling payroll, compliance, and HR for your international staff.
