To access certain features (such as applying for jobs), you may be required to create an account.

  • Vetting: You acknowledge that we may conduct background checks or reference checks in accordance with our Privacy Policy before presenting you to a Client.

8. For Employers: Job Submissions

  • Submission: By submitting a “Vacancy Inquiry” or “Job Request” through the Site, you are inviting Recruit Ripple to provide recruitment services. This does not automatically create a binding contract to hire until separate Terms of Business are agreed upon.

  • Listing Rights: Recruit Ripple reserves the right to refuse to list any vacancy that we deem unsuitable, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable labor laws.
